Yes, some of them do workout.
When I was in college there was one girl who came to the gym often. She was abnormally thin that you could see every bone in her spine when she leaned over to stretch.
She was a living skeleton.
The gym staff took note of her and I am not sure if anybody every gently spoke to her about her problem or not.
I don't even know if she is still alive.
