Question: Building muscle possible when...? (Question for health and fitness experts).?
I am a 16 year old male with a small frame; 5' 9" and 115 lbs. I run 5-6 kilometers in cross-country 4 times a week. I have practice Monday through Thursday and not on Friday.
My question is: despite doing so much cardio, is going to my school gym on Fridays and doing a full body work out that will leave me sore for the weekends enough to build visible muscle.? Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You could build some muscle, but not a lot. Remember that cardio is counter productive to weight lifting. You will also have to up your calories pretty high with all that exercise your doing.Health Question & Answer

and manage your diet
