Its a compound that increases water retention in your muscle. So your muscles looks a little bigger.
While increasing water retention it also increases ability to absorb nutrients from the blood.
So it has a muscle building purpose and plus you might notice some quick gains in size of your muscles (if your measuring, not too visible)

Take it if you want, its a natural compound found in food. It didn't do anything for me, but i have seen it work on other people. It varies. Get a small tub and see how it goes.
Nothing wrong with it besides having to spend money on it.
