How can I gain jogging tolerance for 2 miles?!
Question: How can I gain jogging tolerance for 2 miles.?
I am trying to gain a fast paced jogging tolerance so i can jog the 2 miles required to pass my PT (physical test) at the end of october, I already do exercise but for some reason I just get tired and out of breath jogging. I really want to do great in my PT. Any advice.?Health Question & Answer

begin by jogging a mile, stopping and walking if you have to. Then start jogging 2 miles, and stopping and walking if needed.
You'll get better if you do this everyday.
