Answers:
Well, the average person's body uses about 1400 a day just to stay alive, so if you're only getting like 650 (food + jumping jacks)...your body is losing like 750 a day...and 3500 calories make up a pound so....you'll lose 1 pound every 4.6 days.

So in theory you would lose like 4.5 pounds in 3 weeks.

But, you need more calories....otherwise your body will think its starving and it will start storing everything you eat as fat, so you'll lose the weight very very slowly or you might actually even gain weight, especially when you start eating normally again.

Eat around 1200 calories....you'll still lose weight, and even though it's slower you'll get to eat and enjoy more food, and your body will not be angry at you. Health Question & Answer

I'll go with around 7-8lbs. Pointless starving yourself; eat normally. Consume between 1800-2100 calories and then add in the jumping jacks and some light jogging. You'll still lose around 5 lbs and you'll feel a hell of alot better for it. Health Question & Answer

Avoid the potato unless it's a sweet one. You need low GI fod. Your weight loss depends on your initial weight. Your diet is a bit too extreme - you need more proteins. Have a look at the website below and good luckHealth Question & Answer
