I guess the long term effects are bad, but I'm not really sure how drinking 12 light beers effect my body.
I only drink Budweiser Select & Bud Light, because they are less filling. It takes less beer to get a buzz, when your drinking strong beer.
I just prefer drinking 12 bottles or cans of light beer, because I can enjoy it longer, and it never leaves my stomach feeling bloated. Even after the 12th can/bottle !
Will drinking like this only cause weight increase .?
