ok well i have always had anxiety disorder. im always afriad that something bads going tohappen. it all started whenever i panicked underwater during scubadiving becuase my regulator popped out of my mouth and so i held my breath and went up relaly fast. i dont know how id dint die. i think god was with me that day. but thats whenever i got post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorder. i always thought soemthing bad is going to happen. the littlest pain scared me and i started panicking. that went on for about six months. i kinda then got over it. but i still always worry alot. i dont make myself feel like **** anymore but i still worry and it scares me. tonight (the reason why im typing this) is that i cant stop thinking about my breathing. i am like thinkin gbout it and becuase im thinking about it, im breathing all wierd and in different patterns. and evfyeritme i try to not think bout it and i try to breathe normally, my chest hurts like crazy and feels like im just going to stop breathing. my chest feels funky when i do that. what do i do to stop worryin gbout the dumbest things and how do i stop thinking about the way i breathe.?Health Question & Answer

It sounds like you are having a panic attack. I suffered from them too. I became a 'guinea pig' at a hospital to test an anxiety drug, but since it was a double blind study I didn't know if I was on a placebo or not.

Trying to focus the mind on other things helps. I like meditation and writing as both take my mind off incessant worry. And if you say 'what if.?', learn to answer with 'so what!'
