I don't know of any websites but I can give you the basics. Your meat or protein choices for each meal should be 3 ozs. Your starch choices should be 2 to 3 servings. 1/2 cup is a usual serving of starch or 1 slice of bread. Your green vegetables are the things you want to fill up on. You can have 1 fat per meal example 1 tsp of butter, ketchup or something of that nature. Be sure to include dairy in your diet also use low fat as much as possible and eat fruit at least twice a day. I usually eat salad for lunch and dinner with fat free dressing. I use the spring mix salad and tomatoes this helps fill me up and so I don't over indulge on the other stuff. I hope this helps. Good LuckHealth Question & Answer
