Question: Ever since I have been exercising, I have restless legs before I go to sleep at night. Solutions.?
My legs are so restless when I try to go to sleep that it is hard for me to fall asleep. Then I awake the next morning feeling exhausted. What can help restless legs.?Health Question & Answer

That's an interesting reaction, and pretty rare thankfully.

What do you do for your workout and does it include stretching.?

You need to stretch before you work out, carefully, do not bounce your stretch (let me know if you don't know what that means), and you need to do so for a good 20-30 minutes. You do it before rather than after for maximum flexibility. Additionally, when you work out, you use your nutritional resources quicker than you would if you weren't working out, so you should add a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral supplement to your diet if you aren't already taking one. In particular, iron and folate deficiencies (folate=folic acid) have been linked to this problem.

also Make sure you stretch well after exercise and try stretching for a few minuites before bed. I Have this problem often too but not because of exercise. good luck.
