What do you do at the gym?!


Question: What do you do at the gym.?

I'm just asking this because I am wondering how much I should be doing. Please do not exaggerate, I will never know who you are so you don't have to bend what you do. I would prefer you use pounds, but kilograms is fine also. Thank youHealth Question & Answer

Height: 5ft 5 and 1/4 ;) yes the 1/4 is necessary lol
Weight: 133lbs
Relative Build (how muscular you are): idk pretty muscular not huge but not too too small avg

Excercise-----Weight-----repetitions per set-----# of sets.
Bench Press 4sets i go 12reps 90lbs 10reps 100lbs 8 reps 110lbs 6reps 120lbs in that order
Tricept extension 3 sets 60lbs on my machine
Reverse Fly(ies) i dont do these
Rear Deltoid Rows3 sets 20lb dumbells
Leg extention 100lbs 8 reps usually and 4 sets
leg press i dont have this machine but when i did it last 550lbs
Bicept curls 20lbs i do 3or 4 sets depends on type of curl i do hammer curls and concentration curls w/ 2 sets 10 reps 1 or 2 sets 8reps
Abdominal Crunch eh when i do them i do them w/ 20lb weight and do 3 sets of 20
(And anything other
bent over rows- 110lbs 8 reps 3 sets
Ez curl bar 40lbs plus 20lb bar 8 reps 3 sets
push ups body weight 12sets 20-25 push ups
i do inclined declined and flat ones
squats- 40lbs i do w/ 20 reps 3 sets i go lighter on these

You should check out the newest issue of Men's Fitness. It has a good article from the NFL's top trainers. It gives advice on workouts and how to mix them up to get better results. Things like changing reps and using different machines or weights for the same exercises. For instance using barbell bench press Monday, dumbbell bench press Wednesday, and cable or machine press Friday. There is also a good 4 week total body workout inside. Snatch-grip deadlift.
