Ok, I am 28 years old, 6'1" and I weigh about 320 lbs, my girlfriend is on that weight watchers plan, and has lost Alto of weight, and is looking great, I cannot afford to go on a plan like that, and I don't have time or money for a gym membership, what is a good way to lose weight quick without starving myself, or killing myself physically, please help, she looks great, and I am embarrassed to be intimate with her, because of my weight. I don't want to feel that way, this is the first relationship I have been in since my divorce 7 years ago.
