Question: Critique my lunch plan idea.?! please quick points!!!.?
is this healthy.?
-2 slices of light whole wheat bread (90 cal), one tablespoon of natural/organic peanut butter (100 cal), low sugar jelly 2 tsp (20 cal).
-130 calories of wheat crackers
-one tablespoon of hummus (30 cal)
-fresh fruit (one pear, handful of grapes, 4 cut up cubes of pineapple-130 cal)
so in all, about 520 calories.
and this will be ate about 11:30
and have to keep me full until 5 pm.
but I dont want to be bloated from this.
is this healthy though.?
I dont want a salad, and i cant think of anything else really good and healthy for about 400-500 cals..

its good, but try spreading it out over the afternoon to curb hunger. save some fruit for 2ish. i like to have a piece of cheese, nuts, or a low cal smoothie for afternoon snack. if you get tired of pb & j you can try turkey. low cal and good for you also.Health Question & Answer
