Question: What is a good workout for a 12 1/2 year old wanting to get rid of tummy fat and gain leg,arm and ab muscles.?
im 12 1/2 around 90 lbs and 5 foot
Afternoon 50 situps x 3 sets
50 squats x 3
20 lunges x 1
25 box jumps
Morning:
10 squats x 2
5 push-ups (i can barely do them)

its good that your trying to do somthing about the weight you are unhappy with, but as your only young try not to push your self too hard.

i had the same problem when i was younger, i had allot of puppy fat. i wouldnt reccomend you to diet but you should cut down the bad ffods such as crisps, sweets and chocolate.

do exercises that involve you socialising with your friends.
swimming is the BEST exercise you can do, it tones, looses weight, and builds up stamina. also try Aerobics, its a brillient calorie burner, and will shift the weight that your not happy with.
