What can i do so i wont gain any lbs?!


Question: What can i do so i wont gain any lbs.?
I live in WA state now (came from FL 4 months ago) n i dont work out anymore. i want to but i havent been able to join the gym, n i cant go outside n workout because its always rainin n its so goddamn cold! what can i do while im at home.?.? what should i eat.? i dont want to gain weight... im 5.2" n last time i weigh myself i was 115 lbs.
what kind of food should i avoid.?.? can i drink/eat something that can help my metabolism.? any work outs before goin to sleep.? or in the morning.? thank you!!! :D

* btw im addcted to coffee... should i stop drinkin coffee.?.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Eat a balanced diet of 3 main meals of the day and drink plenty of water (8 to 12 glasses a day).
Eat when hungry in between the main meals.
Eat consciously by chewing very slowly each forkful or spoonful of food shoved into your mouth during the main meal or in between.
Stop eating when you feel that food has entered your stomach and you think that you are somewhat full.
Daily get 20 minutes of body activity like walking, skipping rope, jumping, limping, jogging or running, biking or swimming.
A good night 8 hours of sleep.
A daily religious bowel movement and bath.
Coffee is good anti-oxidant. Too much of anything is always not good.

It's not good to drink TOO much coffee, although this will actually speed up your metabolism. Eat a balanced diet, Train with free weights to help tone, and do the usual sit ups and press ups. You should'nt really gain alot of weight, if you do it won't be visible. Besides, you should measure progress by measuring body parts as oppossed to checking your weight.Health Question & Answer

do morning aerobics! i have to get up early for school but getting up just that half hour earlier makes me feel so much better for the rest of the day.

alternate between step ups (very easy, just stepping up and down on one step), starjumps, marching on the spot, half-jacks etc.. to some of your favourite up beat music.

there's loads of home aerobics videos on youtube that you can follow which are great :)

ooh, also drink lots of green tea! it rids your body of antioxidants.
