Yes...when I first started working out, I was sore everywhere. My legs were pretty bad for about two weeks, but you don't want to stop working out, working out when they are sore for me at least made them feel better.
Just make sure you are streching, my trainer had my stretch after I did my cardio and that helped a lot.
Good luck to you! Its painful at first, but well worth the results in the end!Health Question & Answer

It's normal for your legs to be sore but you can minimize that by stretching well before and after. also, it's probably because you're not used to working out yet. But after working out regularly, you won't get sore anymore and you'd start feeling more energized after every workout. Health Question & Answer
yup...its your body's mechanism...its adjusting my friend...i think it has something to do with the release of lactic acid within the muscles...
hold on to it...if you're working out everyday, skip a day or two...to rest your muscles..but once your body had adjusted, you'll get by and it wont hurt as much as it does now.Health Question & Answer
