Actually, you are the ONLY one who can control it!!! If your chocolate consumption is bothering you, you need to tap into your willpower and turn it on full blast. Perhaps start by cutting back on how often you eat it - make it every second day instead of every day. After you've done that for a while, cut down on the amount of chocolate that you are eating every second day, then perhaps cut the frequency to every third day. After a couple of months you may have weaned yourself down to a small amount of chocolate only once or twice a week.

Chocolate is delicious but I reckon you will enjoy and appreciate it a lot more if you eat smaller amounts of better quality chocolate less often. Think of it as a treat rather than a necessity!Health Question & Answer

I am with you on this one. What I do is I try to avoid it, if I get the munchies for something sweet then i'll buy ONE candy bar and I make sure that candy bar lasts for about 2 weeks. Meaning take it step by step. Chocolate is really good for women who are on they're periods etc etc. It's crazy how most women will preffer it over sex. :P anyway just take bit by bit. perfect solution. Chocolate Tea. Sounds weird and a little gross possibly but OMG it's amazing (and calorie free). You can get it at Trader Joe's.
