Can i eat on Liquid diet?!
Question: Can i eat on Liquid diet.?
Can i have crackers or something.? I read somewhere i can eat popsicle cause they are frozen liquid.? will that be ok.? its is too much sugar.?

If you want to fast, you cannot eat anything. That is, if you are WATER fasting. What kind of fast are you doing.? There are variations. You can juice fast - you'd have to buy a juicer though. Blending will not work as the fruits/veggies will still contain fiber in them, and you just want the juice only. Juice fasting allows your digestive system a rest, but you will still receive nutrients, unlike water fasting.
Before you start any fast, you might want to slowly ease into it. Go for a week or two and eat nothing but raw foods, so that way when you do start your fast, your body doesn't go into shock, and it will most likely make the fasting process a smoother transition.
If this is your first time...you might want to try for 3 days only. Believe me. I tried water fasting before, and only made it for 2. I had no energy by the second day and was having heart palpitations.

crackers are not allowed in a liquid diet. you can have popsicles, jello, water, juices. i would stay away from carbonated drinks though because if you're not eating anything it could do some harm to your stomach. if you really want a carbonated drink then you can drink a clear one like sprite, ginger ale, or 7up, but don't drink a lot.Health Question & Answer
