Question: I want to lose weight.. Can i just eat alittle every day.?
This meaning, can i cook a tiny tiny piece of chicken a day.. and drink water all day..

Kind of like a water fast.. But with alittle chicken.. Is that ok.? Will i lose wieght.?

I agree with everyone about the fruits and veggies. It's recommended we eat 5 a day. If you don't eat, your stomach goes into survival mode and hangs onto cellulite. Eat healthy things and you'll be able to burn it off quicker. Unless you only fast for one day, then go back to a healthy routine. That might not be bad.Health Question & Answer

be sure and add grapes, a salad, other veggies, and nuts for protein

and take your daily vitamin!

don't do that.. bad choice.. eat six meals a day, this will keep your metabolism up :) but then you have to be willing to exercise at least a little.Health Question & Answer
