I agree with everyone about the fruits and veggies. It's recommended we eat 5 a day. If you don't eat, your stomach goes into survival mode and hangs onto cellulite. Eat healthy things and you'll be able to burn it off quicker. Unless you only fast for one day, then go back to a healthy routine. That might not be bad.Health Question & Answer

don't do that.. bad choice.. eat six meals a day, this will keep your metabolism up :) but then you have to be willing to exercise at least a little.Health Question & Answer
