Yes, that's perfectly healthy.

Water is excellent for flushing out toxins and it keeps your whole body (particularly your liver) healthy. I think you could get a little bored though, so I sugggest a couple of healthy options in addition to just water :

- Puree raw fruit in the blender and drink that as a healthy vitamins and minerals supplement.

- Or try mixing skim milk, natural yoghurt and fresh berries for a yummy and healthy calcium rich smoothie.

Do you mean just drink water as your sole liquid.? Sure. You don't need soda or tea, or coffee or juice. You might want to add a glass of milk in there for the calcium and take a multivitamin. well yes of course but remember you can only drink 8 glasses of water that are 8 oz. If you drink more than that you maybe wash out the minerals from your kidneys that it needs. Remember also to drink milk as well.Health Question & Answer
