I feel bad on eating the spaghetti lol.
Oh man Looks like cardio is in my future lol
here is my routine
2-5 sets 5-20 reps of each.....

Squats
Dead Lifts
Bent over rows
*rest
Bench Dips
Barbell curls
Hammer curls
*rest
Shoulder presses
triceps extensions
Pushup/benchpress
*rest
Crunches
Leg raises
Jumping jacks

What, you've been on here all night.? Maybe it's the energy from all the spaghetti...hope it was wheat pasta at least. But then again if it was you wouldn't have ate that much as wheat pasta tends to fill you up faster. Anyhoo, get some rest then hit your basement. For sure, add cardio.
