Question: I need to loose 20 pounds in 1 month..?
im 15 years old, i weigh 130 im only 5'1.. i neeed to loose weight,,, my love handles are like OOZING... =[
and mybirthday is in one month and i wanna actually look good in that new top i bought :D
HOPE fully... but its been 3 months now, and i cut down on alot of foods, and like once evry 2 weeks i ran for 30 mins on the machine, then got too lazy...im willing to do more just need help :S any ideas on wat i shuld eat.? anyone.? help please :(Health Question & Answer

example:
breakfast- oatmeal strawberries
snack-granola bar
lunch- chicken breast with veggies
snack-fruit yogurt
dinner- baked chicken wheat bread sandwich

whoa easy!!! thats too much weight for you too loose that fast, its really impossible and unhealthy to try it. Your a young girl and most of your fat will dissapear as your get a little older naturally. Its part of growing up, i was always chubby until like 16 and i stung right out.
