Question: If you have a desk job how do you stay awake all day.?
Coffee doesn't really work. Sugar OBVIOULSY doesn't work.
Are there foods that help.?
I'm not sure I can make it through the winter (our slow season) just sitting here 8-9 hours a day but I cannot leave the phones unmanned.

I have a desk job too, I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep the night before. I eat healthy, take vitamins, I have one cup of coffee in the morning. And snack on fruit during the day.Health Question & Answer
