Question: Whats a good diet plan for me.?
i am having trouble losing weight i drink a lot of water evey day and i also eat salads every day for lunch at school, but i still haven't lost any weight yet so is there a good diet plan i can do for school days and the weekends.?Health Question & Answer

make sure not eating too little as well, this will slow you metabolism right down, especially as you are not exercising.

try three square meals a day plus snacks of raw fruit and veges if your hungry.

i recommend brisk walking if you don't exercise anyway.. its the duration that matter more than the speed (walking or running) for weight loss. go for a 30 - 60 minute walk everyday. you can make this more fun by listening to music, fast music makes you walk faster!

keep up drinking the water thats great!
