Where is your protein.? Your going to get dizzy without the turkey, chicken or fish! Otherwise, your going to be craving quick carbs all day in between your meals without the protein.

Unless your a vegetarian, where's the protein in beans and greens to food combine to create needed protein.? lentils or brown rice and spinach or whole steamed broccoli combined, etc.Health Question & Answer
