Question: How much are kidneys on the black market.?
Two are great but I want to try four. Like dual-core kidneys or something. I would imagine it would be healthier and my metabolism would be super fast. I would like to be able to jump over horses.Health Question & Answer

nope. that wont work. it will take twice as energy to sustain those 2 kidneys. what you need is a better brain (no offense meant). that would be the human dual core. you could think twice as fast, you would last twice longer than your "pentium 3" friends. your metabolism would surely double because your glands and hormones (and other biological parts) would get double assistance.
