PLEASE please help me!!!?!

Question: PLEASE please help me!!!.?
I've been eating 500ish calories for the past like... idk how many days its been. Today though, I ate a lot more.
I had:
protein bar-220
1/2 bagel-200
chips-100
seseme chicken-I think I had between 300 and 500 calories of it
yogurt-100
milk-100
apple-50

I feel so gross and scared. Is there any way that I might have lost some weight by tomorrow morning. I can't not lose weight. I just can't.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You should be having about 3 times as many calories as you are normally having. (At least 1300-1500 depending on weight and physical activity) No wonder you feel so crappy your body isn't used to actual food. Try to have a more balanced diet. Eat at least 1300 calories a day so that you body doesn't start starving itself. (Because that's what it`s doing at only 500 calories a day) and you`ll feel alot better....mentally and physically.Health Question & Answer
