Why is it important to eat breakfast?!


Question: Why is it important to eat breakfast.?
Why is it so important to eat breakfast.? and yes, its a serious question, i really wanna know why. they say its the most important meal of the day and such.Health Question & Answer

It gets your day started. Your blood sugars and such. Plus, studies have shown that those who skip breakfast wind up eating almost double the calories for the day, trying to make up for being so hungry, than those who had a big breakfast.

They say that you should "eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a poor man for dinner"... Because you're burning through those calories during your day. So, eating them at the start of your day keeps you from binging later, helps keeping your energy levels up and all in all makes a better day for your body.

Would you rather have a lot of calories and burn them off through out the day... or eat them at the end of the day and then head to bed...

EDIT: Gabe, no problem. That is the way it has been told to me and it helps. If you have a problem with the dinner part, because so many of us grew up in the "clean your plate" club (lol) then you could switch to a salad size plate instead of using a dinner size. That way you're eating less, even if you clean your plate. I do this for my kids, and if they want more, they are welcome to it. So, essencially, they get about half of what they should be eating and then decide that they would like some more. Some nights, they're not all that hungry so it helps to not make them clean their plates! :-)Health Question & Answer

Yes, of course BREAKFAST contributes & plays crucial role to your health, because in the morning you will start your daily activities where your stomach is empty and your body is recovered from a good nite sleep free from any intake during the night you slept.

Your body needs "something" to absorb as to give full energy for your daily activities, can you imagine if you don't have breakfast, with empty stomach, what will your body would absorb to give your energy during the day.?
