Question: How do you put on the collars in a tricep bar.?
Yea just bought it, really confused on how to put collars on to secure weight on tricep bar.Health Question & Answer
Answers:
I'm guessing it's not a spin-lock, coz that's dead easy to figure out. Most collars require you to squeeze 2 prongs, and slide it over the bar, or twist something, slide it, then lock it again.
