Why am I never sore after I work out?!


Question: Why am I never sore after I work out.?
I lift the heaviest possible weight I can, but I'm never sore. Am I doing something wrong.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Try lower weights and higher number of reps and sets. The standard is something like 25% less than your maximum weight at 3 sets 12-15 reps per set. Never rest more than a minute between sets unless you feel pain beyond normal muscle exhaustion.Health Question & Answer

It could be a few different things.

-Not high enough intensity (too long of breaks in between sets)
-Non-effective workout
-Insane gear stack (bb-ing joke)

I agree with the others about the increase in reps. I wish I wasn't so sore after I work out. I just started doing that Biggest Loser tape and I feel like someone beat me up!Health Question & Answer
