How to gain muscle weight?!


Question: How to gain muscle weight.?
I'm a guy, 5'6" but I weigh only 120 lbs. I don't have free weights, so that's not a choice. I'm really toned but I don't have that much muscle. What's a way I can gain muscle without weights to get 10-20 lbs heavier.? Or is the only way to gain muscle is with weights.?Health Question & Answer

You could do body weight exercises, such as body squats, push ups, lunges and things like that. If you live near a wooded area, you could find logs and lift them, roll them. Sandbags are also quite useful, and fairly inexpensive. You do need to overload on either weight or repetitions regularly to see proper gains in muscle strength, endurance, and size.
