What to do when one's weight plateaus?!


Question: What to do when one's weight plateaus.?
I've lost 20lbs easily but now im worried that im stuck even though im still following my nutritionist plan and working out. So what to do.? Any advice/tips.? Shall i change my diet as well or just my exercise routine.?

when I was stuck I started eating about 6 small meals a day to boost my metabolism and added a little more protein to give me a boost, sometimes eating more can jump start your metabolism...also I tried diff cardio excersies than I was doing to trick my body and surprise it. good luck!Health Question & Answer

Hang in there. EVERYONE goes thru Plateaus and its your body adjusting to the weight loss. You will start losing again but this is the time when people give up and start gaining weight again, Don't give up the ship, You WILL start losing again, Just hang in there and keep doing what you're doing. Good Luck
