What is one food that I can live on?!


Question: What is one food that I can live on.?
I plan on going on a really strict diet because I have to lose weight for a wedding I am going to in January.

I plan on exercising, but I want to have a one-food thing where I can eat one food plus tons of water.

I want to do something similar to the Special K diet.

I was thinking Chex Mix.
Like live off that for three months.
What do you think.?

Im not sure id probably recommend Special K or some type of healthy cereal, but whatever you chose take vitamin supplements because living off one food for so long isnt healthy because you wont be getting all your vitamins/proteins etc.
So yeah, pick a cereal (check the ingredients/calories)
recommended calorie intake for women is 2000 a day, so as long as you have less than that and exercise at least 3 times a week you should see some results.

First of all, the Special K diet requires you to eat it as a cereal.. therefore, you would need milk with that and not water. So if you're gonna do a cereal diet, then you need to consider the milk part too. I've once lived on a peanut butter sandwich 3x/day for 2 months and I lost about 15 pounds. The bread gives you substance, the peanut gives your protein, and it doesn't leave you hungry for more. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

here's a good 'going to a wedding and I want to look hot diet'
snack on lots of cabbage...any time you want to fill you up. Zero calories. also stay clear of bad carbs..veggies and fruits are ok. Do lots of cardio exercises and lift light weights, nothing over 5 pounds. 1-2 days before, stop all intake of water /liquids unless its a black coffee, and absolutely no sodium

That sounds pretty drastic to me. Why not incorporate some healthy fruits and vegetables and some lean protein with your chex mix.? Chex Mix is great, but after a month just eating it, you will probably get sick of it and wind up going back to the way you were eating before you started. Health Question & Answer

your body will resist losing weight if you put severe restrictions on your diet like that- just eat a variety of healthy foods like grilled chicken or fish, fruits, veggies, & whole grains.drink plenty of water & workout
