Question: How to lose the "baby weight" in the lower belly and the love handles!!!.?
in the past two years i have been pregnant both years, i have gained excess weight that i want to lose quick and easy. the problem is that i don't have the money to buy fancy pricey food, or go to the gym, is there any other way i can lose at least 20 pounds.? i work out and it isn't doing the job.Health Question & Answer

try this diet it really helped me,
i am a 17 year old female who weighs approximately 50 kilos and I am 168cm in height. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time. ( i know the machines aren't that accurate).
My daily diet is ;
Breakfast: all bran with semi skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually nectarines. (300 calories ish)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch; turkey sandwich (whole meal break and turkey slices no spread) (150 calories)
Snack; will bar (213 calories)
Dinner; varied but consists of 300 calories. tonight i had a fish cake, green beans and noodles.
Dessert; 250 calories..maybe and icecream or yohgurt and bar
Supper; cereal with semi skimmed milk (allbran or special k) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two litres of water each day and i have about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea.

there is no quick and easy way to shed the baby fat! You have to be willing to put in the time, and work. If you expect fast results you will disappoint yourself. Ask yourself this question in one year from now do I want to be 20 lbs lighter (not saying it will take that long) or do I will i still be trying to find a quick and easy to lose weight.? If you cant get into the gym, try running, or something you can do at home. Keep trying to find ways to increase how active you are. Do lots of crunches.
