Should I exercise through the soreness or wait?!


Question: Should I exercise through the soreness or wait.?
Yesterday I did a lot of core exercises along with lower body exercises as well. I did more than I usually and now my body body is sore. Is it a good idea to skip those exercises for a day b/c of your soreness and just walk/jog today.? Or should I just keep doing my core exercises and lower body exercises.? Either way I'm still gonna get some exercise today (walking/jogging) but I'm not sure if I should wait until tomorrow once my body is less sore to do more core and lower body..Health Question & Answer


Answers:
Don't overwork the sore muscles. Remember to stretch and alternate cardio with strength training.

If your core and lower body are sore, why not do some upper body training.? I think walking is great too, since as long as you aren't power-walking you'll keep those muscles active, but not stressed.
