really stay away from carbs and definately stay away from processed foods high in sugars and chemicals.

Whole wheat, whole grains, oats, wild rice, flax seeds, castor seeds, fruit such as berries, lemons, limes, oranges, tangerines, clementines, grapefruit ( golden is the best ), green grapes, cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, apples, mangoes, pineapples, passion fruit, cantaloupes, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes and kiwi's. Don't forget the vegetables such as radicchio, spinach, baby spinach, dark green celery leaves, potatoes with the skin on, yams with the skin on, baby carrots, green olives and endive.
