Okay i am 12 about 5 "2" and i weigh about 110 pounds i feel fat and my friends say i am not i want to lose weight but i cant do that without my mom noticing...how can i loose the weight i want to be less then 100 cuz i hate seeing that number and i eat healthy and only have like one sweet thing a day the reast of the day i just eat fruits and vegees i am a vegetarian and yeah..Am i FAT!!!!!!!Health Question & Answer

I'm sure that you're not fat but just what your name implies, Blonde and Beautiful! For your height, the weight range is 110-130, so you can see that you are at the low end of your healthy range already.

I have a compromise suggestion! How about if you check out the vegetarian food pyramid on the page below and commit to eating healthy instead of dieting. Make sure that you're getting the major food groups and the recommended portions each day. If you made that your goal, your mom couldn't possibly complain that you want to "eat healthy" and if you truly have any excess weight on you, eating healthy would make your drop a few pounds (IF you need to).

In addition, as part of your new "eat healthy" campaign, you need to do something active every day for 30 minutes. It could be walking, jogging, dancing around your room, jumping rope, doing jumping jacks...just something that gets you huffing and puffing. Okay.?

You are SO NOT FAT! That is totally average for your age & height. But if you're really wanting to lose some pounds...try to make yourself about 100 - 105. It's really easy...just run about a mile or two every day (from one major street stop light to another is about a mile...so you can just run there & back, lol), watch what you eat a little (nothing too fatty, sugary, or high in calories), and maybe go to the gym regularly (about three times a week), & if your mom asks, just tell her you want to be really healthy & stay fit. but NEVER try anorexia or bulimia. It's disgusting & it doesn't even help you (your body needs certain vitamins in food that help you lose weight, & if you don't eat, you don't get those vitamins, & if you don't get those vitamins, you don't lose weight, & your muscles turn flabby). i feel fat...but its cuz im always surrounded by skinny girls.
