Question: Getting stronger, Plz help me!!.?
Im 14, havent developed yet, if u no wat i mean, I'm sick of being skinny, I have small wrists and I have a weights bench at home and I have Dumbbells and am just bout 2 buy sum more Dumbells. I want to get big, any suggestions, links, program's, etc.Health Question & Answer

Pushups are the all time best excersize. it works out pretty much every muscle in your arm, your shoulders, and your chest.

You don't actually need weights to get bigger, just do pushups, situps, and use what weights you have. Hell, I used to be in the same position (I was a late bloomer if you know what I mean, and didn't really develope until I was 17.....) But it doesnt matter now, because one day an asshole beat me up for being different, so I said hey, you give me a few years and I'm going to put you in your place. So, I spent the next few years doing pushups, situps, pullups, etc. Now, I can do 78 pushups, 23 pullups, and an assload of situps. I'm 6"3 and weigh 201, and do a lot of long distance running to keep my shape.

For a guide, just go like this. On one day, do as many pushups as you can until you need to stop. Rest for a few minutes, and then repeat until you can't do anymore. Do this one more time, and then rest for a bit. Then, if you have any dumbells, do arm curls until you can't do anymore, then stop for a minute. Repeat two more times. Lay on the ground, and extend your arms behind your head, with the dumbells in hand. Then, lift your arms while theyre fully extended out until theyre straight above your head. Slowly lower them back to the ground, and repeat. You do this for a year or so, you'll be in great shape

You can't get huge in a few days or weeks....it takes a lot of work to get big. Trust me. Just remember it's not all about working out, what you eat and drink factors in a HUGE amount. Make sure you consume a nice amount of protein for muscle growth, and a nice amount of calories before you work out (If you don't have calories, you won't be able to work out very hard). Eat right. You may be a human being but technically your still and animal, these process foods going around nowadays isn't going to help you out. Eat natural and east a lot your standard food guide is probably what a 10 year old should be eating so forget that I eat 5 healthy sized meals a day, it helps. When it comes to working out cardio is very important. You must condition your body like an athlete, this also helps improve and regulate your oxygen intake which will do wonders with weights. When doing weighted exercises reduce your rest time, this is vital for gaining strength (this involves short time rest, not the day or two you should be giving your muscles to recover before exercising them again). dont bother ur head with logic here , it doesnt take much so do it..
eat what ever green u see n what u can eat. avoid red. love milk n cheeze. doesnt take much try it n find the difference. wear blue n green, avoid red n orange color. shud work.

You are still too young to do fitness program, try natural exercises, like swimming, canoeing and running/jogging, basketball, martial arts, these kind of regular exercise will make you more physically fit. And it goes naturally with your growth.Health Question & Answer

ok well you should start going to a gym around you or playing a sport would also help. But you cant just do it once and expect that this will happen over night. You have to keep the work up constantly and you have to eat right as well. =) Health Question & Answer

You're too young to start lifting weights. You'll stunt your growth and will end up slightly muscular and very short. So the best thing you can do is give it time. As you get older your body will fill in on its own. Health Question & Answer
