From minimal exercise to jogging everyday...will I lose a significant amount of weight in a short time period?!


Question: From minimal exercise to jogging everyday...will I lose a significant amount of weight in a short time period.?
I have gone from having a minimal amount of exercise, (gym two times or three times a week), to jogging/walking everyday for about 1 1/2 hours.
My entire life I have yo yoed with in weight, and have been able to permanently drop down from 210 lbs to around 145 lbs.
I can no longer do weights (I used to power lift and ended up herniating two discs in the lumbar region of my spine), so I'm kind of stuck when it comes to resistance training.
I have been eating more healthily, have cut out bread, and I try to get regular sleep.
My husband went to training for the military this entire month and I want to try to shape up and drop at least 8-10 lbs by the time he returns. I don't feel this is impossible b/c losing 2lbs a week is healthy.
Will my everyday jogging definitely help, is there anything else I can do other than regular jogging, healthy eating, regular sleep and the push ups/ squats/ crunches that will help me lose more weight this month.?
And I am trying to make this a lifestyle, this isn't a quick fix.Health Question & Answer
