Weight loss plan ?? What do you think !? :D?!


Question: Weight loss plan .?.? What do you think !.? :D.?
Breakfast : green tea and a glass of water then a low fat yogurt

Lunch : a yummy salad that contains (cucumbers - carrots - lettuce - tomato - olives - .......... and mushrooms) OR a brown bread Tuna sandwich

Dinner : all kinds of fruits (apples - oranges - peaches...........)

And for exercise I do :
1 hour of walking
1 hour of dancing
30 minutes of cardio
15 minutes of jumping on our trampoline
15 minutes of playing basket ball

+plus I drink a cup of green tea after every meal = 3 cups of green tea per day "i've heard it helps to lose weight"

So what do you think .?.? will I lose weight by doing this .?.?
