Question: WHATS THE BEST WAY TO CONDITION YOUR BODY FOR RUNNING.?
More specifically I am going back into the Navy...I have never been a great runner. For my age I need to be able to run 1.5 miles in about 15 minutes. I also need to be about 33% body fat for my height. What's the best way to accomplish that.? Thank youHealth Question & Answer

it's a program to help you start running and reach 3 miles in just 9 weeks. sometimes it's hard but well worth it.
