Question: How can I not eat for a day.?
i am fasting (not eating) today, till sunset because of my religion. I need to know how i can last the whole day at school when my friends will be eating around me. Please help.Health Question & Answer

i'd recommend eating a big meal tonight. a really really big meal tonight. and then just remain strong tomorrow. you're doing this for your religion so you should just remember that and give it the respect it requires. it's only a day!Health Question & Answer

you shouldnt go to school, im fasting as well and my school isnt open tomorrow but that isnt the case everywhere else. just ask a parent if you can stay home and sleep for fasting.

Don't go to school. Just kidding.
If you're not eating because of your religion that should be enough to help you get through the day. Try not to think about food. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll be having some nasty for lunch.
