Here's some weight loss tip's which you can do everyday:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

- Drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect. Do your research).

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism).

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D).

- Drink 12 oz. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories. Try to have around 1200 a day.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

I've been there and I know just how u feel. But here's the simple truth and it's just one word "Calories". As long as you're taking in more calories a day than you're burning, you're not going to loose weight. No matter the kind of exercise u do as long as your calorie intake is more than what you're burning, the weight will not drop. I lost weight by creating a calorie deficit, I took in less calories a day than I was burning. Jog for at least 30Min's a day preferably in the morning to keep your metabolism up, and create a calorie deficit and believe me in no time u'll be amazed at the results. I tried this this past 2-3 weeks and it actually works...I don't need to lose weight or anything...I just wanted to make sure it. works so when people asks I can say it does...I'm now testing if it will keep the weight off....
Well, you drop your calorie intake everyday...and you don't even need to exercise...I lost 3.5 lbs this way...I only ate small portions for breakfast lunch and dinner, stayed away from fried foods because that adds to the calorie intake and takes away from my meal for the rest of the day...I ate like 5-6 times a day using only a small bowl as a guide...I stayed away from sugary drinks...only diet and teas, water is good....eat meals and snack with a glass of liquid..fill you up....if I needed to cheat I ate a bowl of cereal...Lucky Charms or Coco Puffs or half a bag of apple cinnamon rice cakes....2-3 weeks later you will see the result...it wasn't water weight that was lost...now i'm slowly bumping up the calories to figure out how to maintain the weight...
