i have trouble eating at the right times. i have a good breakfast but after that i only feel right having really small meals and eating heaps of snacks during the day... is that really bad for you.? i also eat just before i sleep and i eat heaps of chocolate and stuff but i don't get fat. does metabolism mean how fast your food digests.?Health Question & Answer

You have to eat protein rich food for dinner and no carbs and fats at all.

If your metabolism is fast then you can eat junk foods and your body will be able to use all calories for energy.

Most important is your physic type - mesomorphs and ektomorphs have fast metabolism, but mesomorphs has more muscles. Ektomorphs are skinny.

I suggest you to separate your food into small meals after breakfast. Take most of your junk food with your breakfast and escape it with dinner.
