200 calorie breakfast before school?!
Question: 200 calorie breakfast before school.?
i eat at 7:00am before i go to school and then at 10:05 during the break.
I usually eat:
7:00: 300ml of skimmed milk with 4 tablespoon of oatmeal.
10:05: sandwich with low fat cheese and tomato. (wholewheat bread and 1 slice of Edams cheese)
Any other ideas.? Im getting a lil bored of this ;p Health Question & Answer

Answers:
For breakfast occasionally have eggs. They're good for you.
Fruit. I especially like to cut up a lot of different types into a fruit salad & keep it in the fridge.
Wholewheat breads or rolls, toasted with fresh fruit &/or honey.
@ 10, again fruit, &/or raw veggies, a hard-boiled egg. (Eggs ARE good for you) Add some broiled chicken to that sandwich or a salad/veggies with some chicken.
BTW only 200 cals.? Breakfast should be your biggest meal.Health Question & Answer

ok, I would say you could try a couple of pieces of toast, with butter or jam.? maybe a yoghurt and some fruit maybe.?
At break you could have a bowl of fruit salad, or some cheese and crackers, or a rice cake with cream cheese on it..
there's loads of low calorie options, and the more you mix them up, the more varied and delicious your diet will become!

if ur trying to be healthy
try special k or prrodge, even weetabix with yogurt or fruit
instead of a sandwich maybe have a salad or try rivittas with ham and light cream cheese!
if ur not being healthy then have a different type if sandwich or even make up yourself a nice sald with caesar dressing :-)Health Question & Answer

One weetabix with skimmed milk and raisens or banana. One low fat bagel with low fat cream cheese and tomatos.
