The thighs are a stickler with a lot of people. I've had to work on mine too, for toning. Running is good, and biking uphill. also, try squats, first with the feet shoulder width apart, then farther apart, then wide. I also shuffle laterally (from side to side) at the gym a couple of times around the track. Try it and see if you can't feel it in your inner thighs the next day.

Lunges are good for the rear of the thigh and glutes. While you watch TV, try sitting up straight and placing a pillow between the thighs. Squeeze and hold.

Good luck! I've linked a blog below with additional info for toning the thighs.Health Question & Answer

Eat healthy foods in proper portions, drink plenty of water (hydrated cells function better), do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio every day, do 15-20 min. of target exercises each night. You can find some here that can be done at home without special equipment.

Targetted weight reduction is quite hard, some would declare impossible, however I lost 2 inches from my thighs by following the instruction on the site in the box below. Give it a try, their information is very down to earth!Health Question & Answer

Eat well.
Exercise regularly.

That's it. I hold weight in my thighs, too, and I have to do the same thing as you: eat nutritious food and exercise regularly. That's it. There's no magic involved. Health Question & Answer
