Help with working out?!


Question: Help with working out.?
I'm trying to be more healthy and get in shape, so i've been doing some short excercise videos

What are some good things to eat for snacks and meals.?

And also, I'm thinking of keeping track of how much I weigh to see if I improve: At What time should I weigh myself.? [morning, afternoon, ect.]

There are so many books and websites out there on healthy meals and snacks I won't bother typing anything out. Just look them up.

What time you weigh yourself doesn't really matter, although just out of bed in the morning will be the least influenced by your daily activities. Make sure you weigh yourself on the same scale every day and roughly the same time.

Tips: Drink plenty of water, drink water all day. Try to include weight training in your routine, building muscle helps you burn calories and fat. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even just sitting around or sleeping. Try new things, I promise you will eventually get bored of your videos, if you don't enjoy it, you are less likely to do it.. so experiment with different workouts, and vary them often. If you start having fun exercising you will become addicted, and look forward to every workout. Its a great feeling.
