I run about 60 miles a week 20 miles at a time M,W,F
And then i weight train on T,Th for about 2 hours each day
and i eat about 4 to 7 thousand calories a day

I cycle about 4 times a week. Sometimes more depending on schedule and weather. Then do a weight training session 2-3 times a week. I eat healthy and when I feel hungry. I dont count calories, I never have and never will.
