Question: Will I loose wieght with this.?
If I eat 1,600-1,800 calories a day and run 7 miles on the treadmill at 7 Mph(I usually turn the treadmill up a little higher after each 15 minutes) then strenght train a little will i loose Weight.?.?Or do i need to cut more calories I usually do 7 miles on the treadmill 3 times a week and then have ballet class on the other days i dont run. And sometimes on sunday i do a long 7.5 mile run outside. I just want to know if i need to cut more calories in order to loose more Weight, even on days i dont run and Go to Ballet class.
