What is a good way to lose weight the old fashion way?!


Question: What is a good way to lose weight the old fashion way.?
Not any treatments or pills. Just the old fashion way, getting it off and keeping it off. I can't go to the gym because it's closed down for two years, and they are building one six hours away. I don't have equipment, either. I do some running at soccer and I jump rope a lot. Any solutions or schedules I can use to help me.? also, food schedules would be greatly appreciated. Drink lots of water as this is will fill you up (i read on a website once that 80% of us are walking around dehydrated and that when we feel hungry we are actually just thirsty. try to aim for at least 8 glasses of water a day) and try to avoid junk foods, eat lots of veges and fruit. try to get at least an hour of exercise if you are under 18 and 30 Min's exercise if you are over 18.
Most people these days over eat so if you are hungry during the day maybe you should eat a few more smaller meals during the day instead of 3 main big meals.
Try to have a big breakfast as this will keep you going through the day and you wont feel as hungry meaning you will eat less.
Try to have a slow release carb and some protein as this will keep you going. something like muesli and a low fat yogurt or an egg and spinach is good.
You don't need to go the gym to get a work out. running and skipping are great ways to lose weight. If you go on www.youtube.com and type in: 'spark people' there are heaps of workouts that you can do at home.

Always eat breakfast, try to avoid carbs as much as possible and keep your fat content down. Start reading packages to see how many calories/fat grams are in the items you eat. the way i do it is i eat more healthy go on walks jog and wii fit i cut a lot of Sugar out of my diet but not all i put cinnamon in some of my food drink a lot of water eat breakfast and lunch and dinner and low fat snacks take vitamins have a cheat ever so often work hard but dont put yourself in a hard i feel about doing that again its about self control if i can do it anyone can even my sister is losing a lot of weight with my helpHealth Question & Answer
