Do I need to eat less calories than this to loose wieght?!


Question: Do I need to eat less calories than this to loose wieght.?
If I eat 1,600-1,800 calories a day and run 7 miles on the treadmill at 7 Mph(I usually turn the treadmill up a little higher after each 15 minutes) then strenght train a little will i loose Weight.?.?Or do i need to cut more calories I usually do 7 miles on the treadmill 3 times a week and then have ballet class on the other days i dont run. And sometimes on sunday i do a long 7.5 mile run outside. I just want to know if i need to cut more calories in order to loose more Weight, even on days i dont run and Go to Ballet class. Im also 16 and female

no...you should not eat less calories...thats alot of exercise for a 16 year old... so, then amount of calories you eat is perfectly good..Health Question & Answer

That's a good lot of exercise you're doing there mate ...... how about trying a different approach and cutting man made sugar out of your diet.?.? This could be as simple as ditching white bread, (actually read the packet when you buy bread and you'll be amazed at how much sugar a lot of bread does contain), cakes, pastries, icecream, candies and sweets, chocolate, soft drinks and sodas and pop, bottled juices ...... eat low sugar fruits instead to quell cravings such as strawberries, watermelon and pears and cantaloupe or rockmelon.......... nibble on carrott and celery sticks and organic nuts and seeds such as almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds if you're hungry in between meals too ..... drink 8 glasses of water a day as well ....... you'd be amazed at how being just a little dehydrated can affect your mood and energy levels and also your efforts to lose weight........... if you can manage to do that you'll flat out drop any extra weight you need to quick smart.
